THREE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

We guarantee complete satisfaction of your Michael Barin Bridal Jewelry purchase. Your Michael Barin Warranty covers the replacement of any pave' set diamond that is lost or damaged while it is in its original mounting, provided a Michael Barin authorized dealer cleans and inspects (at no charge) your diamond(s) and mounting at least once every six months and records the inspection. There are no warranties, written or oral, other than as set forth. The warrantor shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.

This warranty is valid only once the manufacturer has confirmed proof of purchase from an authorized retailer. You may be asked to present proof of purchase after submitting this warranty application. All work or repairs on jewelry must be done by an authorized Michael Barin jeweler. Work or repairs done by unauthorized vendors will void your warranty.

We urge you to insure your jewelry as soon as possible, as you would any other major purchase. Please contact your insurance agent for full details. Be sure to keep your certificate and your original sales slip with your important papers.
